Good ideas should work in practice.

Based in Støvring, I help individuals and businesses with CAD, prototypes and 3D printing. Whether you need a single custom part or support with a small consultancy assignment in design, simulation or testing, we agree on a scope that fits your needs and budget before work starts.

Have an idea, a broken part or a technical task you want to move forward?

You do not need a finished drawing or a large project. Send a photo, a sketch or a short description, and we can work out what help makes sense.

HOW I CAN HELP

From problem to practical solution.

From a replacement part for your home to extra engineering support for your business, small jobs are welcome. We establish what is necessary so you only commission the work you need.

01 / 04

CAD & mechanical design

Get help with a 3D model, an engineering drawing or changes to an existing part. The design starts with what the part needs to do and how it will be manufactured.

02 / 04

Prototypes & small runs

Test an idea with a physical prototype before ordering more parts. I help adapt the design and material to its purpose and can produce small runs.

03 / 04

Replacement parts & 3D printing

Need a bracket, cover or adapter you cannot buy? I assess whether a custom part is a practical, cost-effective option and whether 3D printing is suitable for the task.

04 / 04

FEA & engineering support

Get help with a defined calculation, simulation or test fixture design. I take on small consultancy assignments for businesses and review the assumptions and results so they can inform your next steps.

FROM DRAWING TO PART

A rough idea. A useful part.

We start with your needs and choose the steps the task requires. If you already have measurements, a drawing or a 3D model, we build on that work rather than starting again.

Requirements & dimensions

We establish what the part must do, where it needs to fit and the loads it will encounter.

CAD model

The geometry is developed and checked. The need for calculations or simulation depends on the task.

Physical prototype

Fit and function are tested in the intended application. The results help determine what needs to change.
